One of my favorite Japanese food is unagi, or freshwater eel, and my aunty happens to like it just as much as I do so there was no stopping us from indulging in some delicious unagi for dinner :) We went to an unagi restaurant in Hikarie and sat down to a nice unagi course ^^
My aunty said that this is shirayaki-- unagi before it is covered with sauce and although it didn't have as much flavor, it was still extremely good :)
